💛 A Few Kind Notes on Returns & Refunds

✨ All our squishies are handmade. That means small texture differences are normal – it’s part of their charm.

🎥 For any after‑sales help, we need a full unboxing video. Without it, we’re sorry but we can’t process a return or exchange.

📦 If your order has already shipped and you still want to cancel → we can refund 60% of the total.

🔄 Returns (within 24 hours of delivery)
Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging.

You pay return shipping. Don’t send anything back without contacting us.

💰 Refunds
If shipped & on the way → cancellation before delivery = 60% refund.

Customs fees (rare for US/CA/AU/EU/UK) are buyer’s responsibility.

If it’s our fault (wrong item, arrived damaged): send a short video – we’ll happily help.

Unboxing video is required for any damage claim.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund your payment method within a few days.
